Terms and Conditions for Online Bulk Delivery Services

If you do not agree, please do not proceed with your order.2. Service Area & Availability
- We deliver within a 15-20 mile radius of Jarrettsville, MD. Orders placed outside this area may be subject to cancellation or additional delivery fees.
- Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
- All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you promptly to discuss alternatives.
- Orders must be placed online through our website.
- Full payment is required at the time of ordering.
- Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with delivery details.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring all order details, including quantity, type of material, and delivery address, are correct before finalizing the purchase.
- Delivery Window: We aim to deliver within the scheduled time but do not guarantee exact times due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Drop Location: Customers must provide clear instructions for the drop location. If no instructions are provided, our driver will determine the most suitable placement. Changes to the drop location after delivery may not be accommodated.
- Access Requirements: Driveways and drop sites must be accessible for a large delivery truck. Greenspring is not responsible for damage to driveways, lawns, or other property due to site accessibility limitations.
- Delivery Completion: Once the material is delivered, it becomes the property of the customer. We do not offer returns or pickups for excess materials.
- Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time to receive a refund.
- Orders modified less than 24 hours before delivery are subject to additional fees and availability.
- Refunds for cancellations made after the cutoff time may be subject to a processing fee.
- Bulk materials cannot be returned once delivered.
- If you receive the wrong material or an incorrect quantity, notify us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will work to resolve the issue.
- Prices are listed on our website and are subject to change without prior notice.
- Payment is due at the time of order via credit card or other accepted online payment methods.
- Additional charges may apply for delivery adjustments, reattempted deliveries, or special requests outside our standard service area.
- Greenspring is not responsible for damages caused by delivery vehicles entering the property at the customer’s request.
- We are not liable for delays due to inclement weather, supply chain disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
- Material Variation: Natural stone, mulch, and other bulk materials may vary in color, texture, and size. Greenspring makes no guarantees regarding material consistency.
- The customer must provide accurate contact details and ensure someone is available to receive the delivery if necessary.
- Any special requests (e.g., spreading materials, custom placements) must be discussed prior to ordering and may incur additional charges.
